NOTE: This agreement comprehensively outlines the agreement between you and InDublin.ie and supersedes any previous agreements between you and InDublin.ie. If in the event that one or more terms of this binding agreement shall be held up as illegal, unenforceable, or invalid, the validity, legality and enforceability of all remaining terms and conditions held within this agreement stand. This agreement is in accordance with Irish Law (Republic of Ireland), and you herby acknowledge and accept that any matters relating fall under the jurisdiction and sole jurisdiction of the Irish Courts.
Liability
InDublin.ie may sometimes need to service or maintain its equipment. Any disruption of service will be kept to an absolute minimum. However and because of this, InDublin.ie does not guarantee the continuous availability of an event listing online. Should an event listing fail to appear due to circumstances beyond the control of InDublin.ie we will not issue a refund. An example in this case would be cancellation, omission by means of violating the terms and conditions, or an error made on behalf of the customer during the booking process.
All details supplied to InDublin.ie are subject to the Data Protection Act. A copy of these terms and conditions is available on request.
Competitions
Seven Hats Media’s decision in relation to selection of prize winner(s) is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Seven Hats Media competitions are not open to staff of Seven Hats Media, their immediate family members or associated companies including (but not limited to) competition promotional partners.
Prizes are non transferable and will only be awarded to the winner. No cash alternative will be awarded in lieu of stated prize.
If, due to circumstances beyond its control, a prize becomes unavailable Seven Hats Media reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value.
Use of a false name or address by a competition entrant will disqualify them from receiving any prize.
Seven Hats Media and/or the promotional partner will endeavour to deliver all prizes within 28 days of winning. Where this is not possible, the winner will be notified of a delay.
Seven Hats Media reserves the right to change prize details without notice and all prizes, including holiday travel dates, are subject to availability.
Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission to use the relevant winner's name, hometown and likeness for purposes of advertising, promotion or publicity in any media without additional compensation.
Any person found to be in disregard of the above rules will be disqualified automatically.
Seven Hats Media reserves the right to disqualify any contestant for any reason whatsoever in its sole discretion.
Neither Seven Hats Media nor its affiliated entities are responsible for printing or typographical errors in any materials relating to Seven Hats Media promotions; fraudulent, lost, late, misdirected, incomplete or altered entries; or entries which are processed late or incorrectly or are lost due to computer or other technical malfunction.
Seven Hats Media reserves the right to cancel or modify promotions if fraud or technical failure compromises the integrity of any competition as determined by Seven Hats Media in its sole discretion.
Neither Seven Hats Media nor its agents accept any responsibility whatsoever for any death, injury or other damage, loss, expense or liability arising as a result of taking a prize. Nor will Seven Hats Media have any liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in any Seven Hats Media competition or any of the prizes rewarded.
Participation in Seven Hats Media competitions denotes acceptance of these terms and conditions and any additional competition specific terms and conditions that may be advertised.
